SHARE
SHARE is a nationwide program sponsored by Associated Catholic Charities. For approximately $15 and 2 hours of community service participants can receive a monthly food package which includes frozen meat, fresh vegetables and dry goods. There are NO eligibility requirements. The food is usually distributed on the last Saturday of the month from the Youth Center between 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Volunteers can serve in several capacities: by picking up the bulk food at the SHARE warehouse, sorting the food or by distributing the packages on-site.
